This week I had the privilege of attending a ‘tasting’ at Creamery located in Eau Claire Market, a kitchen that creates custom skincare products for your face and body. After the chef’s tasting menu was introduced with a serving of dairy-free chocolate truffles (some of the best I’ve ever tasted!) Chef V. and Chef J. whipped up servings of body butters and bath salts for us to take home. After just one use of the body butter, the following day was the first day in my life I felt body lotion was ‘an option’; not a necessity. Finally, I have discovered what I was convinced was nonexistent: a product line that can overrun the weather in this city! I cannot wait until my current skin care products run out so I have an excuse to head back to Creamery and create my own personal skincare line.
