• The Nutcracker  - December 16-24 

A lavish production  by the Alberta Ballet that will create the perfect memory for you, your friends and family. Amazing costumes by Zack Brown and enchanting sets bring you completely in to to the story. This season, you can enjoy a special treat with the children by attending Sugar Plum Parties, treats, crafts and dress-up before catching the matinees.

• Elves in the Village - December 17 

We love this time of year for events like Elves in the Village which will be taking place at The Simmons Building (618 Confluence Way SE ). Just by providing a donation for the food bank, you can enjoy over two dozen vendors. The YYC Food Trucks will be providing some yummy grub and musicians from the National Music Centre entertain. Lookout for the robots! Yes, robots!

• Market Collective - December 17 & 18 - 

Another Market Collective (148 10 St. N.W. )with new featured artists and musicians! Kerry Gibson and Boreal Sons join the fun this weekend, where you can get everything you need for your last minute holiday shopping in one spot. Remember, this event supports local designers, artists and musicians. Admissions is $3.00 or a  food bank donation.
