LINK REPORT – HERE COMES THE SUN
What a fantastic week! We were very busy as most of you could probably tell and we are very excited about all the things going on in our wonderful city. Not to mention the sun was out for a good part of the week, so of course we’re pretty happy.
It was a great week for fashion! Pictures from our night at Azul Couture to see the new Obakki collection are up! The collection looks amazing with some of items profits going 100% to their Obakki foundation. We were also in attendance for Calgary’s PARKshow last weekend. We have some great photo’s and a review up from the show.
Calgary Fashion was able to get an interview with Calgary’s own creator and director of the largest underground show in Western Canada, Danika “Demonika” Challand where she mentioned Bibian Blue, a couture house we just had to check out for Sping/Summer 2011
The music was bumping this week. We had the chance to check out the high energy and fantastic, Jeffrey Jerusalem at Hifi. You can read our review of the show. You can also take a peek at the review of Ninja Tune’s Eskmo on his new record, another great listen.
We also talked with the fabulous artist Erik Olson who’s Out of India show is currently going on. Head down to Skew Gallery to see his exhibition.
