Calgary Fashion has a number of openings for our CALGARY FASHION STREET TEAM division for the Downtown Style Month festivities of September.
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals who will be required to perform a series of tasks over Lunch Hour shifts (11AM – 1PM) as well as After Work shifts (3PM – 5PM)

Is it legal to ask for a photo of someone in a job application? Since you’re not hiring models or actors…. I’m pretty sure this is just asking for a discrimination complaint.

Due to the fact we will not be holding interviews we require photographs so we know who you are when you show up for the shifts you get assigned.
Your photograph in no way determines whether you get the position or not. We have had no problems with this in the past and are known to be very fair and equal in how we handle our business.

Yeah May – in many other countries a photo in a resume IS required. That includes countries like Mexico. So NO it is not discrimination.
