EVENT: House of Nonie Holiday JR2010 Show

This coming weekend, Nonie Rahal-Kharey, lead designer behind the House of Nonie, will present a holiday season collection dedicated to not only love but the voice of awareness against senseless acts of violence we so often come across today.

“There needs to be more love in this world to end all violence and fear,” says Rahal-Kharey who has an ongoing relationship with the Calgary Police and is a regular speaker at various events educating on the dangers of violence.

The collection not only for love and against violence but dedicated to Rahal-Kharey’s brother whom she lost to violence. Through this collection, Rahal-Kharey hopes to raise awareness against violence as well as funds for the Canadian Red Cross.

Hosted by Judy Gabriel, doors are set to open at West Restaurant and Bar (225 7th Avenue SW), Saturday , 24th July 2010.

Styling for the show will be provided by renowned stylist Carl Abad with make-up and hair provided by Artists Within.
